OFFER TERMS
Rockstar Energy and Mountain Dew Rise Reward Promotion (“Offer”) is only available to individual consumers who are legal residents residing in FL, GA, NC, SC, VA, WV, MD, TN, AL, MS, AR, KY, LA 18 years of age or older (19 in AL) at the time of participation. Not valid with any other offer. Void where prohibited by law. Offer is up to a $2.49 rebate on the purchase of two (2) Rockstar Energy Drinks or Mountain Dew Rise (16 oz. each) purchased from a participating retailer in-store at a retailer location between 11/5/21 and 1/2/22 (the “Offer Period”). Reimbursement does not include tax or other applicable fees. Receipts must be printed from the retailer’s point of sale system with the product name, retailer and purchase date visible. Sponsor shall have the right to reject any submission in which such information is not clearly identified. No receipt may be utilized more than one time for reimbursement. You must possess the original retailer receipt in order to make a request for redemption. All rebate requests must be submitted by 1/7/22. Limit one rebate per receipt. The rebate will be paid in the form of a payment via e-gift card, PayPal, Inc, or Venmo, Inc.
A receipt must be submitted to Sponsor (via chatbot on Facebook Messenger, or SMS) no later than 1/7/22. Message and data rates may apply. For SMS, text “ROCKSTAR” to 81234. Limit one (1) reimbursement request per consumer throughout the Offer Period. The reimbursement will only be paid via e-gift card, PayPal or Venmo. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected submissions. It is strongly recommended that you keep your original receipt for your records. YOU SHOULD NOT CONTACT YOUR RETAILER OR SHOW OR GIVE YOUR RECEIPTS TO ANY STORE EMPLOYEE FOR PURPOSES OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER IS AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH THE OFFER WEBSITE.
If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, automated entries, fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Offer, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the rebate process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer. All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of validating and processing your request or to contact you should there be an issue with your request. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, telephone or other communications malfunctions, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or rebate request to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading of any materials in the Offer.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S ACCESS TO, AND USE OF, THE WEBSITES AND/OR THIS OFFER, OR ENTRANT’S DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE OFFER. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Offer, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, or the rebate awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
